Cual, es el espiritu del Camino?

mine is

we are all nature's children
and therefore we form a part of her
nature loves us
but do we love her

think with humility
especially when you think
of and about others

share your thoughts and
your daily bread

give without expecting something in return
give a part of yourself
those who give more recieve more

we are each but a small grain
that makes a granary pile
enormously small
but we form a part of it
we are all somebody

feel free to be yourself

sometimes
the most important thing
isn't
what we learn anew
but
to realize what we can live without

he who thinks he knows everything
apart from being mistaken
turns himself into a boring old person
whatever his age
he who is able
to learn and surprise himself
is and will be forever young
even if he is a hundred

COME TO THE PATH
YOU WILL SURPRISE

  1. "enormously small"
    what a great line!

    Thanks for posting this
although this is not the one I was thinking of

    This one was from Astorga
The one I was thinking of was from
    a card you picked up
at the back of the church in O'Cebreiro
at the top of the mountain
which was staffed by the Franciscan priest
you showed us the card over dinner I think

  2. patience
    gracefully endured
    is it's own reward

    better things are always
    on the way
